Intelecto was chosen by SEBRAE/SP for the implementation, operation and management of the Call Center (Inbound) “SEBRAE 2014” via remote channel (phone), with the provision of infrastructure and technology. We will have specialized staff to perform language translation service in real time for customers SEBRAE/SP by serving foreign tourists, in the following languages: English, Spanish, French and Japanese. Service will be 24/7, during the FIFA World Cup 2014.
